When I left I checked my oil and it was low. I went back within 20 minutes and the nicest gentleman helped me and fixed all the mistakes. I wish I knew his name. Your service people who worked on my car didn't do their job correctly. No fluids were topped off and my oil was a quart low. Not good! ?? More

I got my appointment for a car inspection 6 weeks ago. The other priority dealers were booked through March. It took about 2 hours (9-11), which is a reasonable amount of time. Disappointing. Unresponsive. Had 8:45 appt for diagnostic issue. By noon had heard nothing. Started calling, no answer. Left msg. Sent text messages. Finally got ca Unresponsive. Kevin was not only a great salesman, but he was also great in helping me learn the new features of my car. They stayed past closing hours to finish the sale of my car.
