Worst service I have ever encountered! Never called back, had to go to the dealership every time to find out about my car. Kept my car for 23 days .my husband has been deceased for 3 years Never called back, had to go to the dealership every time to find out about my car. Kept my car for 23 days .my husband has been deceased for 3 years and I had asked multiple times to update info. Apparently they were calling and texting my husband for nine days before I made my first trip to the dealership. Had to take my son with me after they informed me that the battery was dead ... I knew that, because that was why I brought it in. 3 batteries in 3 years is NOT normal. Something was draining the battery. Spoke with Rene, manager, he finally updated my info and told me I had to get a new battery so that they could run diagnostic ( such poor service, you don't have a battery to use) I waited 45 mins the next day to find out they didn't take the battery out and could not find my car. Poor service! After an another week with no car, I had to call to see if it was done... and of course it just got finished. Went to pick it up and it was in the back lot and I refused to walk all over looking for it! Poor service! I hope I never have to return to this service department! More
