Over-priced service quotes for a wiper fluid pump and replacement clips on door trim molding. Had water pump replaced elsewhere for a third of the cost. Staff was very courteous, the issue was with the maintenance service that was performed. I was provided with a print out invoice stating that my oil change was done, and a check was performed on th maintenance service that was performed. I know for a FACT that my tire pressure wasn't inspected, because my right rear tire was just replaced and the pressure was 44 psi and the other 3 tires were at the manufacturers recommendation of 33 psi. If your technicians would lie about checking my tire pressure, how can I be confident and sure if they EVEN completed my oil change 🤔 More

This place is EXTREMELY hard to get in contact with and I don't think the mechanic checked everything in my car. I DID NOT get a updated service sticker in my window and he "somehow" said that everything was don't think the mechanic checked everything in my car. I knew this before my appointment but somehow "everything looks good and it passed". How?? It was getting a late and I had to call to see if my car was ready. I dropped my car off the night before my service. It scheduled to be worked on that morning. I was supposed to get my recall fixed. I was NEVER informed that they couldn't fix it and have to order a new part because it was a malfunction. I had to ask about this. I was told that they will call me once they receive the new part which will most likely be the next day. I'm still waiting and it's been a few weeks now. I would like to get an update but I NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE!!!! More
