I thought the wait for service, with an appointment, was uncomfortably long with only needing a scanning of the tire pressure warning light. Further more, repairs were rescheduled due to not in stock, 1 TPM uncomfortably long with only needing a scanning of the tire pressure warning light. Poor customer service, the dealership never got down to the root cause of the problems going on with my car even after I paid for two separate diagnostics. I spent about a thousand dollars only for my car to run for 2 weeks before finding out I needed a new engine. This is an issue that should’ve been found during the initial diagnostic. It’s been like pulling teeth trying to get any help from the dealership they don’t answer phone calls don’t return emails or voicemails. I’ve been very patient and cooperative in providing all requested documentation only to still be given the run around. I also have the TXXI warranty that the dealership is refusing to honor due to their “professional opinion “ of what they assume is wrong with my engine. At this point I would absolutely not recommend anyone family, friend, or stranger to purchase any type of Hyundai products! More

Can’t for an inspection and tire rotation. Waited almost 2 hours for them to be completed.
