This place is EXTREMELY hard to get in contact with and I don't think the mechanic checked everything in my car. I DID NOT get a updated service sticker in my window and he "somehow" said that everything was don't think the mechanic checked everything in my car. I DID NOT get a updated service sticker in my window and he "somehow" said that everything was OK during my oil change but my windshield wiper is broke. I knew this before my appointment but somehow "everything looks good and it passed". How?? It was getting a late and I had to call to see if my car was ready. I dropped my car off the night before my service. It scheduled to be worked on that morning. I was supposed to get my recall fixed. I was NEVER informed that they couldn't fix it and have to order a new part because it was a malfunction. I had to ask about this. I was told that they will call me once they receive the new part which will most likely be the next day. I'm still waiting and it's been a few weeks now. I would like to get an update but I NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE!!!! More

The second worst service that I have received from them! They never respond to calls! I dropped my car on Thursday for a 730 service. Received the text that tell you this is your advisor and to text that They never respond to calls! I dropped my car on Thursday for a 730 service. It’s 2 o’clock and I am getting off in an hour I texted to get an update and to determine rather to stop on the way home and get my car or go home. 2:45 no response, so I go home. 4 o’clock I call again because I know they close at six and I have been in the situation (prior worst experience) where they called at 5:50 to tell me my car is ready. I live 15 minute away and they told me they would not wait. So back, the call at 4 goes to call center and I get transferred with no answer but I leave a voicemail. This happens again at 4:30, 4:45 and 5:15. At this point I just get in my car and go to the dealership and when I am five minutes away they return my call. Next issue. I got a diagnostic done on my suspension because it was riding horribly. Came back that something was wrong but they were trying to get in touch with Hyundai to see if was covered under warranty. They could it but said they would call the next day and let me know. No call next day or the other so I call on day 3 and again had to leave a message. Also texted my advisor. Repeated on day 5 and now day 7, still no reply More

I finally found a local Hyndai service department that doesn't put those hard magnet towers on top of my brand new car. Very nice dealership but seems to be short staffed, long waiting times and telephone system not to customer friendly.
