Poor customer service, the dealership never got down to the root cause of the problems going on with my car even after I paid for two separate diagnostics. I spent about a thousand dollars only for my car to run for 2 weeks before finding out I needed a new engine. This is an issue that should’ve been found during the initial diagnostic. It’s been like pulling teeth trying to get any help from the dealership they don’t answer phone calls don’t return emails or voicemails. I’ve been very patient and cooperative in providing all requested documentation only to still be given the run around. I also have the TXXI warranty that the dealership is refusing to honor due to their “professional opinion “ of what they assume is wrong with my engine. At this point I would absolutely not recommend anyone family, friend, or stranger to purchase any type of Hyundai products! More

Can’t for an inspection and tire rotation. Waited almost 2 hours for them to be completed. Over-priced service quotes for a wiper fluid pump and replacement clips on door trim molding. Had water pump replaced elsewhere for a third of the cost. Well, you should try questioning the validity of those quotes. Hard to retain customers when over charging. More
I had to have 2 tires replaced due to a flat. They worked me in because of the fact that I was driving on a donut. I appreciated that, however I didn’t expect to be there almost 4 hours. Staff was very courteous, the issue was with the maintenance service that was performed. I was provided with a print out invoice stating that my oil change was done, and a check was performed on th maintenance service that was performed. I know for a FACT that my tire pressure wasn't inspected, because my right rear tire was just replaced and the pressure was 44 psi and the other 3 tires were at the manufacturers recommendation of 33 psi. If your technicians would lie about checking my tire pressure, how can I be confident and sure if they EVEN completed my oil change 🤔 More
