Zero pressure, very knowledgeable, and most importantly listened to what I had to say and what was important to me. Immediately connected me to the right vehicle. The discussion on coverage and financing was easy to understand, and clear and concise. I drove off the lot with the car that I really wanted, and the additional coverages and protections that have given me peace of mind. The southern dealership, additional coverages, including oil, change and state inspections for life, sealed the deal for me. I highly recommend this dealership, and the individuals there. I gave one star because they were at least courteous, but I’m assuming that was to get our business. My husband and I took my vehicle here (with an appointment mind you…) to get a deep diagnostic check. I wa I’m assuming that was to get our business. My husband and I took my vehicle here (with an appointment mind you…) to get a deep diagnostic check. I was told to not wait as they may take around 4 hours. They said they would call us in the morning once it was finished. Okay, so against our better judgement we went home in an uber. I called the next morning at opening. I was told there was no information, and that a message would be left to contact me. I called again a few hours later around 11:00am, same response. I call again around 3:00pm because at this point, it is going on two days without any updates or information on my service…. no updates, was told I would be called before the end of the day with updates. I waited, it was a lie. (I do not like being lied to, but who does? I guess if you want someone truthful don’t look here.) I called again and said I would be releasing my vehicle to my mother, as we all need my car at this point because we have no modes of transportation and have to work. (No updates during this call either.) I am… kinder… than my husband, who was livid that it took now, 2 days going on 3 for something we had an appointment for, which means every other car for the past two days had come before us and our SET appointment. (which we made directly with them inside the building.) Up until this point I have had ZERO information on the service done to my vehicle, or if they even started. I was the one to call in and check. That is poor service. I was open when they said it would take till the next morning since they had a call out that is fine. But 3 days? C’mon. So instead of calling, I show up. The smiles are plastered on and the manager takes me to his office. Suddenly…. there are updates! I guess the fact that my mother was going to pick it up made them start working on it! Shocker… but guess what? “Looks like Josh is not done quite yet with the diagnosis, if you give me until early this afternoon…” I am beyond dissatisfied and disappointed at this point. This is a service that shouldn’t, in hindsight, take more than an hour. I was put on the back burner and they still had nothing to offer me. I shoot him a look, and he says “or did you need your vehicle now?” Yes I do. He at least, politely pulls it around to the front and prints off the work they did do, which was half a diagnosis check, if that much. I should’ve listened to the warning my grandmother gave when she told me they didn’t get to her vehicle for 3 days. If you cannot get to the set appointment time….. DON’T OPEN THE CALENDAR TO SCHEDULE MORE THAN YOU CAN HANDLE, it’s quite simple. They were just hungry for service. If you want a faster service, I beg you to consider other options for your time and money, especially if you do not have reliable transportation for at least 2 weeks. (No telling how long they would’ve kept my car for a diagnostic check, so I can only imagine what else.) TLDR; They spun me in loops and gave me no updates till I came in person. Suddenly they had an update and asked to keep my car for even LONGER. I had an appointment, and it had been going on 3 days for a diagnostic check. Which means that everyone else came before me, someone who made an appointment, for 3 days. They will do the same to you while smiling in your face. Please consider another business. More
