This was a Hall dealership when bought the car. always happy with Hall. I did not know the business changed hands. I had an issue repaired on my 2019 Elantra. My first problem the staff were rude. When I went to pickup the car. I was just given the keys and told were to find the car after just paying almost 900 dollars of work . There was no courtesy from the staff. My experience with dealerships in the past is the car is brought to the bay for you. Second I start the car and it is running like engine is going to jump out of the car and check engine light is on .so i go back in the dealer, mind you I never moved the car. So the tech looks at it. Now it need 1200 dollars of work. In the mean time a sales man is calling me to see it I would like to trade my car for new stating I'm in good standing with Hall. If they knew that why didn't they contact old costumes and let them know there was a change of hands of the business. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. Just to let you know I have bought two cars with Hall. More

Have had my car now since 9/21 it is 10/2 they have not diagnosed it and they never answer the phone. IF they return your call it's days later. Update, 10/3 we received a phone call after leaving some diagnosed it and they never answer the phone. IF they return your call it's days later. Update, 10/3 we received a phone call after leaving some reviews on 10/2 (could be a coincidence) they said they could not find anything wrong with vehicle. However, that it might be the fuel pump but with out the error code they could not fix. After waiting 11 days we decided to pick up our car. They did not charge us a diagnostic fee. However, we did break down 2 miles down the road. We are having a local service center (not the dealership) fix our car and get to pick it up 10/4. Today I did receive a call from the GM. He was very apologetic and it did seem genuine that he was trying to make amends. At first, he offered a free tank of gas or oil change and I did consider taking him up on it, however, the stipulation was to take down my review or increase the Star qty. I did not agree to take my review down, as I want other potential clients to read this and see my level of transparency. I did not accept a free oil change or tank of gas. However, I did update my review with more details and increased to 2 stars. I did appreciate the GM calling. They inform me the change from Hall to Southern has been challenging due to technical difficulties and this could have caused some of my service disruptions. I would proceed with caution. More
