I scheduled a service online and was quoted a huge price difference when I arrived at my appointment, which turned me off and forced me to get an oil change and tire rotation only. I bought my car from this location back in 2016 so I’ve been customer for almost 10 years. I don’t think it’s good customer service to not know what service has already been performed when all of your maintenance has been done at this establishment. I paid for a tire rotation but I’m convinced that was not done. Just a rip off and not good customer service at all! More

Everyone was courteous, friendly and prompt. I used to dread having to go to this dealership because the interactions with the staff had not been pleasant. But now It seems to be better organized and the people working there care about giving the best service possible. More
