Service advisor lied about the reason for them not having the part in stock for the recall appt. Lied again about why there was no results of the mpi. Lied about calling me back the following day and ignor the part in stock for the recall appt. Lied again about why there was no results of the mpi. Lied about calling me back the following day and ignored all calls and voicemails when I tried to follow up. When I brought it back at a later time for them to actually do the mpi there was supposed to be a courtesy service performed to diagnose an oil leak. It wasn’t done. There is a visible leak and they again lied saying I don’t have one. I can see the build up from the leak on the outer part of the engine and I’m not anywhere close to a mechanic. Its oil is burning off the engine when it’s hot that produces a strong odor. I could say more but I think this should suffice. I will never take another vehicle back to this dealership again and neither should anyone reading this review. Service was Trash! More

Already replied to email about the BCW sensor light continues to come on even after they said they reset it back to factory settings so obviously it is the sensor that is bad or cameras! The service in finance was awful. Had problems from the start. We paid cash. He was not to happy with that. We refused a service contract. And that was the end of politeness. Got a letter from DMV about a car that I had traded in. No insurance. Had signed over . But after I went to the DMV. Where I found out that after two months. My trade in was still in my name. And the one that I had purchased was still in the former owners name. Went back to the dealership and was treated like I had no brain. Went to Corporate two days later. And spoke to the title manager and the assistant controller. They were both great. All my paperwork was copied and information sent to DMV. Five days later I received my title. Now the kicker is, I brought it , of course as is. I asked about the second key and the salesman said he could get me one.The door Handel on the drivers side was loose and was also told they could take care of it. I drove the car home. Next morning I was checking out the radio, well it and the Bluetooth would not work. The screen could not move. I went back to the dealership and the finance manager came out checked it out and agreed it was not working and it was a piece of xxxx. I asked about getting it fixed. (Ha ha) I was reminded that once I drove it off the lot it was my problem. Now this car was Advertised with a radio and blue tooth. If they do not work that is False Advertising. I would Never recommend this dealership to even to someone I did not like. More
