Hard to schedule. Service writers unfamiliar with vehicle. Did not have basic parts for warranty issues. No QC to ensure all work performed. Specifically asked that tires be inflated to correct pressure- which was supposed to be done as part of service. Was 5 pounds low all around. Was not checked and had to turn around and return to the dealership. More
