Every time I come to this dealership, I always have good experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Even though I don't live in Chesapeake, I'll gladly drive the distance to this locatio experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Apparently, the problem with the loose steering was misdiagnosed. The steering wheel rack that we were told to replace was in pristine condition and there seems to be no improvement on the actual steer misdiagnosed.
