I personally had a very unoragnized experience. I was on the way up to the desk to get my car back when someone opened the door to tell me my car was ready. I also didn't get a car wash which I thought was part of the service. Maybe they only did that when they were under the Hall name. I'd still recommend this service center as I've been here a few times before and received excellent service. This time was just lacking a bit. More
