wanted me to upgrade a leaf spring when there was absolutely wrong with them. One of there technicians stripped a bushing bolt out of my truck and they acted like it was nothing. Trying to make an appointment sucks. Stephanie is awesome and why I keep coming back. Called got a service center said to just show up following up on a visit a week earlier. When I got there was told next appointment was 2 weeks out. Then had to move that appointment and voice mail never made it to Ms Spangler. My daughter had an appointment during the same time period. She left a voice mail with no return call. Stephanie never got the voice mails. We have been with her for a long time. Since southern took over getting an appointment sucks!!!! More
