I have tried 4 times to write this review and didn't want to sound too angry but to say Jon dropped the ball is an understatement. I was inconvenienced 2 additional days bumming rides and walking to work to to sound too angry but to say Jon dropped the ball is an understatement. I was inconvenienced 2 additional days bumming rides and walking to work to have nothing done but a diagnostic done. I wasn't charged for that because as Maurice said when I picked up the car "I guess he felt bad" I'm really disgusted that so little was done and no thought was given to the customer. More
