Edwin was very professional and customer oriented! The maintenance required to complete the safety recall did take more time than what was stated on the notification (ie, less than one-half day). I m The maintenance required to complete the safety recall did take more time than what was stated on the notification (ie, less than one-half day). I made my appointment for 8:00 AM. The vehicle was not ready until 4:00 PM. However everything was reassembled with no evidence that anything was disturbed which is not always the case. Great job! More
