I can’t begin to express enough how grateful I was to have Stephanie helping me with my appointment for my Bronco. I was anxious about having to leave my car overnight since I live an hour and a half awa have Stephanie helping me with my appointment for my Bronco. I was anxious about having to leave my car overnight since I live an hour and a half away (wanted to bring my car back to the dealer I bought it from, for service since I trust them!) and she made me feel very at ease, even going as far as to ENSURE that I had a loaner to get me back and forth from Richmond until my car was ready. She very kindly ordered ubers for me to travel back and forth from the hotel i was staying at down there as well. She was so kind and reassured me I would be taken care of, as well as my car!
