Warren told me in April 2024 I wpuld need new tires April 2025. He told me yesterday that he told me last April I'd need tires so it shouldn't be a surprise. But because he told me this coming April and not this past April, apparently now my warranty is void bc my tires are "too worn" where as this past April they weren't worn enough. Every person I deal with at southern tells me a different story of what my warranty covers and every time I go to claim on it, it's not covered, but the time before I was told it would be. So your warranties are personal interpretation and when you go to claim, it never covers anything. I always leave southern extremely frustrated. More
