We were able to get in that day and our parts were ordered with impeccable timing. Our vehicle was ready the next morning and runs as great as ever. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and I feel confident that she will be able to address any future needs we may have with upkeep. She has a nice personality and I need someone with a big one to handle my personality. We miss working with Elizabeth Crotts and were thrilled to know she was promoted but she assured us that Lisa was our go-to person. This past week we needed service on our Edge for an issue we encountered while away on vacation. Chris worked us in for a Saturday repair and service. He was very attentive and accommodating and listened to our concerns regarding our issue. I will most definitely ask for Chris the next time we need to have our car serviced or repaired. More

I faithfully scheduled my routine maintenance and repairs through them since the first day I purchased my SUV.. In July this year I went to Wynne to get a spare key cut that was already programmed and ready to be matched to my original. They did it with no questions asked and I walked out a happy customer. Today, August 19th, I went to Hall Ford in Denbigh Newport News to make another duplicate key and the gentlemen behind the service desk told me if I didn't purchased a programmed key from them, that he couldn't do anything for me. I live in the Denbigh area and was looking to purchase a new Escape. I don't know if I should go to Hampton Wynne Ford or go to another model from another dealership??? this has left a bad taste in my mouth. More

I already had the oil and filter to accomplish the task. I called CW who understood my predicament and provided the solution. Bring in your F150 and we'll change your oil for you using your provided oil and filter. Lisa Anderson my service advisor took care of my appointment and the task was accomplished today. Wonderful organization and personnel. Taking care of your customers is number one priority, often spoken, this proves Hall Ford believes - and allows their managers the ability to make you feel special. More

Said they were running 2 hours late. Already unhappy, because what should have been a 1 hour turned in to 3 hours, before I was informed that they couldn't fix my brake light, they had to order a module. 8 days later, going to pick it up.
