They do not prioritize appointment times even if you have a 7:30 appt this means they just hold your car hostage all day if not more days. This is only my second service visit since the dealership change from Hall Lincoln (Ford). It was a longer than expected wait. I assume there was trouble correcting my modem (SYNC) not working since shortly change from Hall Lincoln (Ford). It was a longer than expected wait. I have not yet had a chance to reload my app and check communication with Lincoln Way. More
