The last time I went in for service, I was told that my brakes were "yellow" and would need replacement soon. This time I went in fully expecting to be told I needed new brakes (whether or not I really did brakes were "yellow" and would need replacement soon. This time I went in fully expecting to be told I needed new brakes (whether or not I really did!). However, I was told that I was still in the "yellow" and they would check them again the next time I went in. Your service dept. missed an "opportunity" to sell me something that I would not have questioned. I appreciate the honesty demonstrated by this. My only complaint, and it's a small one, was about the condition of the car when returned to me. It had been snowing so the car was covered in a thin coat of snow. As I pulled out, I noticed that the person who brought up my car had used the windshield wipers to clear the front, but I had poor visibility sides & back. I pulled into a convenience store to clean the rest of the windows. But this isn't a deal breaker for my satisfaction with Hall. More
i gave the rating that i did for the reasons of when i called to make the appointment they service i got was very nice they knew what i was talking about who to let me talk to and the person who set it to called to make the appointment they service i got was very nice they knew what i was talking about who to let me talk to and the person who set it told what to do when i got the dealership so i wouldnt have to ask around when i got to the dealership the people that i talked with were nice knew what they were doing and handled everything to were i was in and out the dealership with my car in under an hour so it was very help More
never had a problem with the service at Hall. We had our vehicle in for a leaking seal this time and they got it fixed on the first try in a short time. I called the day before and was able to bring my car in for its required service. Katie was able to make me an appointment in which I dropped it off early so I could get to work on time. Katie was able to get my car in earlier than the appointment time and was able to get it back to me prior to lunch which allowed me to be able to pick up my son from school. I always receive friendly service when I come to Hall Ford and would recommend this dealership to my friends. I love the express service that has been added to the service department. More
