i have been a faithful customer of hall ford for years. i have never been dissapointed with a service visit so far. the technician that i deal with, markus mitchell, is extremely knowledgable about all of i have never been dissapointed with a service visit so far. the technician that i deal with, markus mitchell, is extremely knowledgable about all of my vehicles, and own other makes than ford. i will probably always be a customer of hall ford. My vehicle is NOT a ford but I would not take it anywhere else. I always get very friendly service. Anytime I have a problem with the vehicle, which has been a few times in the past month, Jeff has taken t else. I always get very friendly service. Anytime I have a problem with the vehicle, which has been a few times in the past month, Jeff has taken the time to diagnosis the issue and always explains the details to me. I never have any problems getting the vehicle in immediately and the turnaround time is great. I appreciate the way Lisa (Jeff's team leader)handles followup as I am never left wondering what is going on nor have I had to make the calls to find out about my vehicle. I find the prices to be fair too. Would highly recommend others to this dealership. More
