I arrived at the dealer on a Friday night about 30 mins before closing. My intention was to leave my truck overnight and have it checked in the morning. I had a coupon for 39.99. The price on the coupon was not the price I paid for the service. They charged regular price then deducted the coupon. If that is the way that it suppose to be then it should not the price I paid for the service. They charged regular price then deducted the coupon. At least the most options for the best price available. Just make sure that the coupon states exactly what you are actually getting for your money. More

The last time I went in for service, I was told that my brakes were "yellow" and would need replacement soon. This time I went in fully expecting to be told I needed new brakes (whether or not I really did brakes were "yellow" and would need replacement soon. However, I was told that I was still in the "yellow" and they would check them again the next time I went in. Your service dept. missed an "opportunity" to sell me something that I would not have questioned. I appreciate the honesty demonstrated by this. My only complaint, and it's a small one, was about the condition of the car when returned to me. It had been snowing so the car was covered in a thin coat of snow. As I pulled out, I noticed that the person who brought up my car had used the windshield wipers to clear the front, but I had poor visibility sides & back. I pulled into a convenience store to clean the rest of the windows. But this isn't a deal breaker for my satisfaction with Hall. More

I called the day before and was able to bring my car in for its required service. Katie was able to make me an appointment in which I dropped it off early so I could get to work on time. I always receive friendly service when I come to Hall Ford and would recommend this dealership to my friends. I love the express service that has been added to the service department. More
