Larry was great! But honestly, I was a little disappointed with my visit. Although I came in for routine maintenance, I also needed my signal light replaced in the front. I specifically asked how much would it cost for replacement and labor. I was very much pleased with the original amount given. Time passes, and then I’m told that the amount is changing (much higher than what I was told previously) because the bumper would have to be removed so that they could get to the signal light. I as a customer/car owner did know that the bumper would have to be removed in order to complete the following. I was displeased to know that a Ford employee/technician had no knowledge that the bumper would have to be removed-especially after the Year, Make, and Model we presented with full disclosure. I do understand the change in charges because of the labor, but initially, I did ask about the price for assurance. I will be returning for service. I can not deny the amazing customer service that this Hall dealer provides. More

I bought my 2019 F150 at Hall Ford and a factor in buying there was the service dept. I had a 2005 F150 that I had taken there for service for years. So using them for my new truck was a no brained. I used the FordPass online app and scheduled this last maintenance myself. I went to Hall the next day and had a great experience. Short wait in a nice lounge area and I was done. Happy camper More

This was my 3rd visit to your shop. I was kinda apprehensive to go back and have some work on my vehicle done due to my past unpleasant visit. The reason for my 2 stars is integrity. I took my F350 here for oil and filter change. Before I took it in I noticed that I had a right turn signal out. After my servicing the turn signal was still out. T here for oil and filter change. Before I took it in I noticed that I had a right turn signal out. After my servicing the turn signal was still out. The problem is that it showed they do a check of all fluids and lights. No one mentioned my signal light was out. It makes me question what else did they not check. Did they just reset the lights?
