John was amazing! I called the local number for an appointment and a lady representative told me they didn’t have any appointments but I could do a walk in and expect I called the local number for an appointment and a lady representative told me they didn’t have any appointments but I could do a walk in and expect to be there up to two hours. When I got there about an hour later I was turned away by the First Gentleman that waited on me at the service desk. He said it wasn’t impossible to cover me today and I could speak with one of the girls to see if they knew something different then he did. Long story short as I waited in line for one of the women, Jon said I can help you. I told him the story. He was very transparent and said we are booked today and we’ve had a lot of call outs, I can help you but it may take up to three hours. I appreciate his willingness to help and he set the expectations that it may take a lot longer than expected. I said no worries I can wait, I desperately needed it done. And it was my day off so I didn’t mind waiting. It only took 90 minutes for my car to get serviced! Jon brought my keys, provided the complimentary tire rotations, he applied my rewards money to the invoice and he cancelled my future appointment that I had made that yesterday morning at which I had made but told the lady on the phone that I would still do a walk in only because that day worked better for me. Jon was very understanding, he was transparent, and he went the extra mile! He gets a ten star in my book! More
