I had a inspection done. May 13th. The park light, is still out (was out before I arrived) Had to ask for another appointment to have the oil changed. Sticker from the last oil changed showed 148000 mile still out (was out before I arrived) Had to ask for another appointment to have the oil changed. We were going out of town when we noticed the tire sensor light. Hall Ford was the first place we saw. We were greeted by William. He saw the valve stem was bent. Stephanie in Service Department was excellent. She was able to show us things on the vehicle that we were not shown when we purchased it. I was asked this once i got there. If they hadn’t had i, it would have been a 30 min wasted trip. Other reasons were i was told on the phone by someone in parts department it would take about an hour but it took two. More
