Southern Ford - Service Center

Highly disappointed. Purchaed a Ford Ranger when it was Hall ford. Called the service department when the emissions light came on while traveling. Just wanted to speak Purchaed a Ford Ranger when it was Hall ford. Called the service department when the emissions light came on while traveling. Just wanted to speak to a technician to make sure car was safe to drive home to Virginia. Sat on side of road in S.C. while talking to call taker who knows less about cars than I do. He tried to call a technician to answer my question but they were not answering the phone. Asked him to walk over to service to get help, found out they are not even in same building. Clearly a call center not the dealorship. He stated would leave an emergecny mesage and I would be called back. Firday MARCH 30TH now is Tuesday April 2 no call. Called Ford dealorship in Manning S.C. they called me back right away and got me an answer. So no will not buy my next ford from this dealorship. Since became southern ford not hall poor service in many ways, but wasted to much time already. More

Started rough. Could not get an appointment due to a lack of response to the 3 or 4 phone messages I left for a callback for an appointment. Showed up on a Saturday Could not get an appointment due to a lack of response to the 3 or 4 phone messages I left for a callback for an appointment. Showed up on a Saturday to get an oil change and was asked if I had an appointment. I let Edwin know of my quandry and that I had traveled 45 minutes to get there. I came on the next Tuesday and was asked if I had an appointment!!!! EDWIN CAME THE RESCUE. He got me the oil change quickly and I was on my way. More
