I had quite the unpleasant experience not with the staff but with their leadership. I provided some minor comments for areas of improvement at the facility however I discovered that their Service and Parts but with their leadership. I provided some minor comments for areas of improvement at the facility however I discovered that their Service and Parts Director does not want to hear them. If your rating is anything other than 10’s across the board, they dock their service technicians pay indefinitely and offer no remedy to the customer. This practice of painting the roses red and avoiding any constructive criticism is possible poor practice for any dealership. If this is an indication of how this company treats their employees, I can’t imagine their employees will take care of their customers very well. Business ethics is an important decision factor in who we as consumers should choose to do business with. There are other dealerships with competent staff who I will be taking my business to in the future. More

The communication between operator/ reception needs serious retooling. Called the day my van was brought into shop by tow truck and 3 times the following day. None of my calls were patched to the servi serious retooling. Called the day my van was brought into shop by tow truck and 3 times the following day. None of my calls were patched to the service advisor. Also the 2 texts I sent were not replied too as well. Had to physically drive to shop to actually speak to someone, just to find out that they did not find anything wrong with vehicle. Not sure who is in charge of this service department but I will pay out of pocket for the extra mileage for the tow truck to go anywhere else, if I ever have car issues again. I gave 2 stars because they took care of the recalled emblem on a steering wheel. More
