Set an appointment for known needed repairs. Dropped of vehicle and was told it would be done sometime the next day. Come to find out, they still hadn't addressed the original concerns and and work that was already approved and expected. Took over a week to get vehicle back and still wanted to " upsale" additional work. While paying for repairs, over heard the sales manager berate, yell and cuss at another service department employee for an incident he created himself by not paying attention. I will be very hesitant to continue business with this location in the future. More
Worst service ever and would like to speak to someone about it. I was sold a jeep that I'm almost 100% was not test driven. I almost died on the interstate.
