I arrived a little before my set appointment but the check in was quick & easy. I got a state inspection, oil change, and asked to check all my fluid levels. They only thing is the cashier was going to email a copy of the service invoice which I never got. So if that could be looked into and either email me a copy or I can even come by to pick it up. I brought my vehicle in to get inspected and to have the paint on the hinges looked at. I was passed on to the body shop for the paint. Didn’t take too long for the inspection. My biggest take away from this visit was the ridiculously cockeyed way the sticker was applied. To me , the is reflection of someone’s work ethic. I have another stick that’s perfectly straight and this one sits below it, cockeyed as can be. It looks ridiculous! And the original sticker residue was left and new sticker partially stuck over that. So there a sticky mess sticking out in areas. Just an lazy mess. And it really irritates me because I have to look at that every time I drive. I take pride in taking care of my things. This person obviously does not. More

Reserved hood part one week in advance of my appt. on July 1st, but it was not there for my service appt. I was disappointed because now I have to go back to have it installed when it gets in. Have heard nothing about it arriving so I guess I will call to check on it. I paid for it. Service staff was very nice, I had state inspection and oil change, no issues. I think they probably sold it to somebody else but was told they had no record of it being held for me. I don't think I'm going crazy... I know that I called and spoke with the parts guy when I made my initial appt. with service folks. More
