Per their request because they had finally gotten all the parts for my car that I had to go in 3 separate times to get them to order, though they told me they ordered it the first time, I arrived at 8 am. The intake representative was great but the tech who did the oil change only checked4 of the 27 point inspection and they said it was because he was new and did not know. Interesting.
