Buyer beware! The big bait and switch in prime time! Drove 3.5 hours after verification of the price on a 2023 Ram 1500--were pre-approved and had a decent RAM fo The big bait and switch in prime time! Drove 3.5 hours after verification of the price on a 2023 Ram 1500--were pre-approved and had a decent RAM for trade in. Arrived--told the "online price" is not correct--CarGurus takes their vehicles and lowers the price...have you ever seen that? I have not..... and that the "sales people just tell folks it's correct to get customers in the door"--no lie--David the Director said that to us--forced add-ons (you know the ones the say NEVER purchase when you check about the add-ons on line), spoke to the workers like they were trash, could not even add up the price of the vehicle--used a piece of paper with a marker to add up the price and asked me to sign THAT! and it was not even added correctly--major lowballed on the trade in (like we don't know what the truck would sell for) and THEN....after trying to charge us $450 for CPO...the truck, after being at this dealership since April...the RAM....was not CPO..at the RAM dealership!! Are you kidding?? What a hot mess...so, we left and drove home after 3 hours of waiting on these people. Some of the folks there were great (shout out to Kyrin who was amazing--sorry he has to work for this guy--he deserves better!) Would NEVER do business here...ever....ever...ever More
