Took my car in, $4300 later. I get a car with no coolant & a part not connected. Went back in & was told my AC isn’t working. When it was when it went in. Katie did however acknowledge all of this & did everything to make it right . However please in the future make sure all fluids , connectors are all okay . I brought my car there for a recall, then a fault in the transmission and a 4 wheel service light. I payed $200 for a full diagnostic of what was happening. After 5 DAYS where they let me without my car, th transmission and a 4 wheel service light. I payed $200 for a full diagnostic of what was happening. After 5 DAYS where they let me without my car, they came back telling me the speed sensors in the transmission were bad and «  maybe » the control module also. Even if these 2 parts are external to the transmission, they gave me a cote to change the transmission completely for more than $10000 saying that when it start to be bad it’s better to change everything. By the way even if the car is 140000 miles, what they didn’t know is that the transmission was rebuilt less than 5000 miles ago. For the diagnostic, my ODB READER would have give me the same for cheaper. For the choking and not justify cote they provided, I prefer to a add nothing to this. I will go somewhere else next time. By the way I want to buy a new truck to change my old one, I don’t know which one I will buy but I already know it won’t be a RAM 1500. More
