I went in for an oil change and it took over 2 hours and 15 mins and when I asked for an update I never got one via text so i had to keep going to the service desk and just kept getting told it's "about to 15 mins and when I asked for an update I never got one via text so i had to keep going to the service desk and just kept getting told it's "about to go in". The service department forgot to secure two bolts that held my air intake secure. They also did not put an oil change tag on my windshield that indicated the date that the oil was changed and the mileage held my air intake secure.
