My appointment was scheduled for 2/01/2024. Tina calendar morning and advised she would call me back once they found out what was wrong. 2 days went by and she had not called. I called in and was told by the rep that she spoke with Tina and that she had information for and would call me back. Tina still did not call back. Days went by with no call back. Dante advised that she would relay the msg and send her a text msg. I left several voicemails. Tina finally called back on the 5th of February and advised that I needed a. Crank shaft and cam sensor. She advised the price and said my car would be ready next day. The next day I did not hear from Tina. I called in and no response. At this point, I called the service dept and parts just so I could speak to someone and they transferred back to service. I then called the Greenbrier location and they advised they could not reach a manager. At that point Tina beeped in and advised my car was ready. It was late in the evening so I told her I would pick it up on February 7th. I also advised that I didn't appreciate her not returning my calls. She replied that they had been busy. What is the point of making an appt if my car wasn't even looked at until days later. This was poor customer service. I normally love coming to this. Location becasue everyone is nice and the mechanics do a great job however, this by far has been my worst experience yet. I was without a car for 7 days, the customer services was horrible. I guess next time I will go to the Greenbrier location. More

Was there last June, drove in was greeted, and they diagnosed my vehicle, in meantime I was given a courtesy ride home. I was given a call explaining the problem and how it would be fixed. This last trip I drove in was told I needed an appointment for diagnostic, which was 1 1/2 weeks away. I return for my appointment, was asked if I had a ride home. There wasn't one available that week. I was thinking since I had an appointment that there wouldn't be such a long wait for the diagnostic to be done. 2nd since you knew ahead of time, I would have been informed that I needed a ride. I came at 8a for an inspection oil change and wipers. .. they failed for a tire that they didn't have in stock after sitting for hours... Sam was very helpful, he was difficult to get ahold of but the primary problem was not enough techs.
