Customer service is A-1. I can say with confidence that the female service writer has as much or maybe more knowledge than any guy I have ever encountered. The only thing wrong either the service is your online chat and the fact thst i could not get through to a live person on your service number. Katie knew exactly what I was there for as I arrived. As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle she directed me to the lounge. It was nice to know that she was prepared. They quickly fixed the problem and sat with me in the vehicle to make sure I knew how to use the functions they corrected. All employees that I encountered were very nice, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate their service. These employees removed the "dreadful going to a dealership" feeling away, and I won't hesitate to return with my vehicle should I need any repairs. More
