Lawrence was very helpful and I am glad I bought my car at Southern! He was friendly and knew more than the other local dealer about the car I was looking at (Fiat 500). The dealership had no accessed to DMV the night I picked up my new Challenger, they gave me a dealer tag and said they would mail me my tags and they would send me a check for the money to send their dealer up my new Challenger, they gave me a dealer tag and said they would mail me my tags and they would send me a check for the money to send their dealer plate to them as I live in Richmond,Va..I overnite their tag back to them and they still won't send my money back, I have talked to the salesman twice about this, and he assures me he will take care of it and call me back within two hours.Two months and no call or check, it was only for $14.15 and I know that is a small amount ,but it's the principle of the matter and good customer service. They take your business but won't stand up for the small details.A letter has been written to the board of Directors. More
