Surprised at the unavailability of loaner vehicles and was told they had been unavailable for weeks which concerns me more about the reliability of the vehicles sold at the dealership in general. I have dealt with many dealerships over the last 30 years in Hampton Roads. Southern is my least favorite. More

Easy! I had to go in for two recalls. They provided me with a rental and made the process very easy. They had to order a recall part so they had to keep my I had to go in for two recalls. I would think since my appointment was booked in advance and they knew what I was coming in for, they would have ordered the part in advance. Despite that, they were very friendly and upfront about having to keep my van overnight, so I appreciated that. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Great service dealership overall. Much better than I’ve had experiences with in the past. More

Horrible Experience Amber made my experience horrible. From the time I got there and the two associates in service had me wait for 10 min. to check in while they went bac Amber made my experience horrible. From the time I got there and the two associates in service had me wait for 10 min. to check in while they went back and forth with each other over who was busier and didn't have time to check me in, until the end it was not good! I waited 3 hours for an oil change and when I asked her at the 2 hour mark how much longer she got an attitude and told me the wait was 3-4 hours. When I informed her I wasn't told about the wait or I would have come back another day her response was "I figured you heard me on the phone while you were waiting to check in". Then she came in with excuses of they were waiting on filters, etc and that if I wanted to come back she would offer me a free tire rotation?? But she had no problem asking me to give her 10's on the review, and when I told her that wasn't happening she ripped up her business card that was in her hand instead of giving it to me. Even though oil changes are included in my lease, I'm fairly certain I'll just take my vehicle elsewhere. More

Superb no-notice support Was in Norfolk for business when encountered a starting problem with my Charger. Southern's team led by Sean Vaught not only turned to on that problem but also knocked out a service requirement at the same time. Knowing I had a long drive back to northern VA they pressed a difficult electrical issue, solved it and had me on my way. If I were stationed in Hampton Roads Southern would top my list for servicing my vehicle on a regular basis as a result of this unplanned visit. Well done! More
