Service Department Satisfies I did not buy my car new at Southern, I am the second owner of the vehicle though it was originally purchased there. Not only did Southern honor the free oil changes but they have gone above and beyond on several occasions over the last 3 years. 1. Installed sound insulation for free because I felt the speakers were rattling the rear window, though I had no concrete proof that something was wrong. 2. Replaced the batteries in my key fobs for free 3. I purchased tires from Southern, a few months later 2 of them had screws stuck in them. Obviously I drove over something. I took it in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to repair the tires. total bill 0.00. In addition to the above, they have always been prompt and I have been happy with the work and the communication. More

disappointed I purchased my Jeep here and had detail work done the following week. I got my car back and noticed a crack in my windshield after driving off the lot. I immediately call Southern Auto and informed them of the crack that was not there when I dropped it off. I was transferred me 4 times, until finally I got to a managers desk.... went straight to voicemail. I drive back, keep calm and I asked for my car salesman I asked him if he saw the crack before, he says no . Then as I am walking around my car, I noticed my bumper is scratched!! As if someone DROVE it along the wall! I then asked my car salesman if that was there before as well. As I'm waiting, the front desk associate told me the detail shop did the same thing to her. She got her car detailed at Southern Auto, and got a scratch along the side of her car. They also told her it was her fault. They ask me to drive it to detailing shop to assess the damages, just for them to tell me it was MY FAULT?!!!!!! No way! They sealed the crack and did nothing about the bumper. I was also told I would receive free Sirus for a year, when I input the sirus ID online. That didn't go through. I call my salesperson and he told that was for the previous owner. (I would not of gotten this information from thin air). He said he was not going to argue with me, and he might of given me wrong information. He did nothing to help me or make the situation better.So with all that being said, and finding out that people I know are having huge issues with this dealership, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau I hope you all do the same, so the next person won't be in the same predicament. This was hands down the BEST car purchase I have ever made. I was on vacation in VaBch (couple days) passed the dealer and was surprised by the selection. When putting the paper work together it could not have gone any smoother with Mike. He explained all my options and informed me about a spectacular extended warranty company they use. I was told by everyone at the dealership that when ever we are in town stop by for a free oil change and to pick up one of the maintenance kits .
