Pleasant, straight forward conversation, respectful, honest, Really appreciate all those things. The other reason I stopped at Southern is I had made contact via the internet, and the sales person called me directly and she (cannot remember her name) was also very professional and courteous. The people there were just very pleasant to deal with. And, in the end when my new pick up arrived, it was exactly as I had ordered. No issues or miscues. Right on. All around a very good experience and I would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking. More

Troy patiently explained the main features of this truck--no pressure of rushing to get back home even though they had another long trip ahead of them. I felt Steve gave me a great price. Also, they responded to every email, no matter how trivial, really quickly, and it seemed that there was excellent and fast communication among the different folks I spoke to by email. Buying - Good; Service work sloppy David approached us as soon as we got out of our vehicle on the lot. He asked what we were looking for and found us a RAM fitting what we wanted. Although it was a new RAM it was a 2017 and was nasty due to sitting on lot. We were told vehicle would be detailed while we were purchasing, which was a long process. Detailing did not happen so scheduled return date. Came back and tail gate recall was done, but due to weather could not do detail or delivery package we purchased. Scheduled yet another date for all the work. Dropped off Friday mid-day picked up Saturday afternoon. Detail dept needs to learn how to clean inside doors, under tailgate, around windows. Truck still has yellow pollen in all these areas as well as the truck bed. Fifth wheel holes in bed still contain gum xxxxx. Brought dings on truck and pits in windshield to their attention and nothing was done. No cleaning done under the hood either. Everything under the hood is still covered in yellow pollen. More

Perfect Timing For This First Timer After 6 yrs of dumping money into my Audi I was finally going to pay it off with a plan to trade it in and get something else several months later. My Audi had other plans and completely died the day before the payment was to be made. I'd recently traveled ot off town and was given a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland as a rental during my week stay. I'd always said my next car would be the Audi Q5. That 1 week changed my mind COMPLETELY. I couldn't believe I'd been swayed to a Jeep over my beloved Audi. As soon as my car died the very next day I went to get that Jeep. This was my first time buying a car by myself. I left from work and drove straight to the dealership with my mind set. From the minute I entered the parking lot Reubin was there. He even opened my door when I parked and never left my side the entire time. I'm naturally a guarded person and with the stories I'd heard about salesmen I was very reluctant to say much if anything about myself personally. Reubin knocked down those guards within minutes just by talking. No pushy sales pitch or trying to talk me into something I didn't want. HE LISTENED. When it came time to financing Mr. Swift was wonderful too. They were the perfect team of genuinely nice men that appeared to be motivated to simply get me what I wanted instead of what they THOUGHT I needed. Reubin even delivered my car to my home and spent at least an hr showing me and my daughter all of it's features. It's been 13 days since my purchase and I'm still bragging about them to any and everyone that'll listen. I may have been "just another customer" to others but I left feeling like I had 2 cousins. When it's right... it's right. I was fortunate enough to be born a southern girl, But there's no denying this former Audi girl is now not only a Jeep girl, but a Southern Jeep girl thanks to Reubin and his Southern Style.
