I was very impressed with the truck then but did not think I would ever own one. I returned on wed the 24th of July, to look again, test drive and ask questions. Alannah helped me and answered all my questions. She was wonderful to work with. Never pushy, that impressed me! Steve came in to give me numbers so I could take them home and apply with my bank. At that time I was approved for the loan but found out I did it wrong, so it was cancelled. I notified Alannah of the issue and again did not think I would be buying the truck. Well Alannah and Steve worked together and gave me an offer in which I tried again. Well needless to say I am the proud owner of a Ram 1500 2019. I am extremely happy with my truck and Alannah and Steve. Thank you so much. More

Unsatisfied Customer It took the service department over a month to complete repairs on my vehicle. I was initially told repairs would take approximately a week to comple It took the service department over a month to complete repairs on my vehicle. I was initially told repairs would take approximately a week to complete, however, it took considerably longer. The delay cost me over $1000 in rental car fees. I first spoke to Nancy in the service department about compensation of my rental fees only to be told there was nothing that could be done. Later, I spoke to Shawn Elza and he said he would reach out to the Chrystler Rep to see if they would compensate me. Shawn later informed me on the phone and in person that I would receive a refund but he was unable to let me know when. I've called Mr. Elza several times since that conversation over the last 3 weeks to follow up and he has not returned my call. I returned to the service department yesterday because my engine light is on only to be told it's not the engine but the radio. I've spent over $7000 in repairs plus I purchased a new used vehicle from this business last week. I would expect to have been treated like a valued customer but unfortunately I was not.
