We had what seemed to be great service from Chris with lots of promises made until the sale was final. My husband had to make multiple trips back to the dealership because the finance department didn’t do lots of promises made until the sale was final. When we came to pick up the car it was not cleaned as promised (still white substance splashed on the ceiling, sprinkles in the cracks of the seats, sticky pink goo on the buckle, coffee spills and just clearly not gone over), no extra key fab was made as promised, the large scratch we were told would be taken care of and not noticeable upon pick up looked like someone carelessly painted over it. The front bumper was falling off and the rear bumper was dented and a mess as well and none of which was there when we were shown the car. For 50,000 the car was a mess and should have never been sold in that condition. Luckily when I asked for the main sales manager,( I can’t remember his name) made calls to correct the issues and follow through with the promises made from the sales employee. We were told we would get a gas certificate for the extra trips back and fourth but when we tried getting that it sure seemed like it was too much to ask for. We never received the plates for the car and when the temp ones were almost expired I called and spoke with a woman named Ryan who was unprofessional and rude over the phone instead of explaining the situation she snapped at me. We will not be going back to this specific location for any cars in the future and had we known of these things before the purchase I would have never bought the car from the start. More
