Had an appointment, still had to check in on paper saying everything I wanted done. Even though I listed everything I wanted checked online when I booked my appointment, it wasn’t until I was in the garage t everything I wanted done. Even though I listed everything I wanted checked online when I booked my appointment, it wasn’t until I was in the garage that I was told that I couldn’t have everything done during my appointment because I scheduled for the wrong side of the service department. Also was in line with people who did not have an appointment and had to wait for them. Sat in the waiting room while my car was being serviced, all while hearing a service manager complain for 45 minute about how bad their mechanics were. Followed up by saying they weren’t doing a good job and that they were always receiving customers who brought their cars in to get fix, only to have them return their cars the next day because the mechanics didn’t fix their problem. It made me feel like my car was in the wrong hands to get serviced. I also was asked if I wanted to get nearly $2,000 worth of maintenance done on my car after hearing the complaints from the service manager. Of the total cost, $1,100 was for mechanics work alone. I said no to the recommended service because I do not trust the mechanics after listening to your service manager complain about how bad your mechanics are. After my car was finished, I waited another 20-30 minutes waiting for the cashier to show up just so I could pay and leave. I will not be coming back to this dealer. More

So I’ve have 1 major service at this dealership yes the service was done but when I got the vehicle back I found tools in my engine bay and I found boots missing and things were not put back together prope service was done but when I got the vehicle back I found tools in my engine bay and I found boots missing and things were not put back together properly the other service I had done here was a oil change sadly I didn’t have the time to do it myself as I would do normally and they claimed that my oil filter cap was stripped which I know it was not because I was the last person to touch it so I was upset about that as well I’m not gonna say these things were don’t intentionally but the quality control needs to be worked on everything else is fine but the mechanics need to be talked to about quality More
