Amazing purchase experience on 202 Gladiator! After leaving a different local dealership (disappointed with the lack of selection), I found the potential buy here at Southern. Made a quick internet chat inquiry and quickly got a reply then call from Tara who politely (and energetically) told me everything I wanted to know and a few minutes later, I was headed towards the norfolk Airport to go meet up. Once we got there, I was greeted by Tara and then Sterrick (who was my salesman). A quick tour of the Gladiator, which was great, then to the table to talk about money. I qualified for a couple rebates and settled on a price. With financing stuff secured, we chatted with a Jenny about paint and interior protection then moved to the back to sign everything with Mark. Everything was perfect. A bunch of super-professional people here at Southern! I’ve never purchased a vehicle where everything was easy but Southern really tries to make as easy as possible. Sterrick was transparent and nobody had anything to hide. I’ll definitely be looking to deal here again (this was my third purchase here already!). More
