I had an apt for 830 oil change and tire rotation. I requested the apt 3 weeks ahead of time, with a rental required. No rental was reserved. I went to work, and arrived back at the dealership at approx requested the apt 3 weeks ahead of time, with a rental required. No rental was reserved. I went to work, and arrived back at the dealership at approximately 130pm. My vehicle was still not taken into the garage. I finally got my vehicle and left at approximately 330pm. More

My service rep, Sam, is awesome. He is always courteous and helpful. I was not happy with being charged over $50 for my fluids to be topped off. I thought that was the whole point of the Southern Hospita and helpful. I was not happy with being charged over $50 for my fluids to be topped off. I thought that was the whole point of the Southern Hospitality program. Also, the clerk refused my one time complimentary service coupon and also refused to honor the 10% discount coupon I had received for my birthday. I understand it's no longer my birth month, but my oil wasn't due to be changed during my birth month and I wasn't aware I would be charged for required automotive fluids. More
