I was a bit disappointed in the turn around time for the completion of my vehicle repairs. I dropped my vehicle off on 8/2, it took about a week for the diagnosis and submission to my warranty company. Was completion of my vehicle repairs. I dropped my vehicle off on 8/2, it took about a week for the diagnosis and submission to my warranty company. Was told it would take about a week to complete. (Yes that's a total of 2 weeks without my car at this point) My warranty company granted me 12 days. Needless to say on day 12 my car still was not completed and that it would require a couple more days. The rate of renting a car on top of the deductible that had to be paid was ridiculous. I felt that because I was promised a week that Southern Dodge could have at least offered me a vehicle to drive since it was outside of their quoted time frame. It was an inconvenience, I work in the home health field and to not have transportation is a burden. I extended my rental out an additional 2 days and my car still was not ready so I had no other choice but to return it. (Yes that's 14 days of repair plus 5 days of diagnosing) I have dealt with other car companies that treat their customers with a bit more care and concern. This was my first time returning my vehicle here for repair. I am hoping and praying that I do not have to return for any more repairs. A tad bit of customer service goes a long way and this time Southern Dogde fell way short in the customer service department. More
