Sad and very bad service ! We have bought multiple vehicles here and when we picked our Ram up after a fender bender the A/C wasn’t working so we called in because it worked fine before service. After vehicles here and when we picked our Ram up after a fender bender the A/C wasn’t working so we called in because it worked fine before service. After multiple calls we finally spoke to the service person who said the burden of proof was ours. Same spot where it was hit is where that AC unit is. At the same time, we brought in our 2019 Cherokee with 9,000 miles due to shakiness and were told it was due to the fix-a-flat we put in the tires when they were flat. We have NEVER had a flat. More
