Communication is lacking, I had to follow up on my own for 6 weeks while they had my car. I was made to feel as though the recall in my car was my fault and I brought it in while they were busy. I was tol for 6 weeks while they had my car. I was made to feel as though the recall in my car was my fault and I brought it in while they were busy. I was told my recall covered a rental car but never got one the entire 6 weeks because they couldn’t find any. When I received my car back it smelled awful, it smelled like the inside of a mechanic shop and gasoline. I also paid 100 for my radio to be repaired as it is constantly freezing and shutting off. Guess what is still shutting down. The experiences I have had with the service department has been nothing short of awful. More
