I've been a client of this dealership since 1985; the service department is top-notch! I've always bought certified used vehicles and have had good experiences with sales staff, sales managers, & the fi service department is top-notch! I've always bought certified used vehicles and have had good experiences with sales staff, sales managers, & the finance team. Two items kept this from being a 5 rating... 1. the dealership has now had 3 owners during that 38 years and the facility has not had any true physical upgrades during that time. Keep up with your competitors folks. 2. The sales manager I worked with most recently was truly a piece of work; thankfully it was only 5 minutes of unpleasantness. That said, the relationship & rapport of the service managers will keep me going back regularly. More

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I was given the run around Lied to ,and overcharged. To make matters worse this is the dealership I purchased the vehicle from. This was the absolute worst service I've received from them. I dropped my van off on a Friday, was told of two to three cars ahead of mine, which was fine. I called just to be told the guy checking my car had left for the day and did not look at my van, that he would not be back until Monday, which was a problem for me since I have 4 kids and can only fit them all in my van, which I did inform them of this. The lady was sweet and I asked if someone else could check it for me. I pick up my van the next day (Saturday) and am told "it's not the transmission" (which had been replaced by them not to long ago), but it was my lifters, rockers, cams, and to add into it, my brakes were at "2/32" and needed immediate attention.....I pay for the service (which was just a check on my transmission) and leave.... They charged me for the service (not a problem, I knew this upfront), but I was also charged a disposal fee......for WHAT??? They did not DO any work, there was nothing to dispose.....I get home and look over everything, they wanted $4,800 for the work!!! They wanted to do all 24 lifters, all 24 rockers, all 4 cams, and the brakes!! My husband goes to change the brakes and they are still practically brand-new!!! I'm still having what feels like transmission issues, and can't trust to bring my van back to them because I feel they are just trying to charge me extra JUNK because I'm a woman!!! I would honestly give them a "0" if I could. I am so unhappy with this experience and personally NEVER want to go back to them, which I know is no big deal, as I am just one person, but I am just so upset by this! More
