I went in for an oil change. When I get to my car, I look over my paperwork and noticed it said I declined service and that I would be liable for any and all repairs if anything When I get to my car, I look over my paperwork and noticed it said I declined service and that I would be liable for any and all repairs if anything were to occur. I immediately went back inside to clear up the issue. I explained to her that my statement was incorrect and that I needed her to correct it and reprint a new statement. I explained to her she NEVER spoke to me about any repairs/maintenance needed. She denied not informing me, saying she asked if I wanted my tires rotated. I explained to her that every service advisor in there asked every customer, if they wanted their tires rotated as we dropped our vehicles off because of the promotion they had going on. I explained to her that does not equal to the mechanic looking over my car and informing you to let me know it’s time for my tires to be rotated. I also explained to her that the protocol here is to inform the customer, before returning them their vehicle, of any repairs needed! I explained to her she never came to me while my vehicle was being serviced, she only came to me when my vehicle was ready. She was not pleased I asked her to correct what she wrote. It took her nearly 30 minutes to correct the problem, she kept saying she did not know how to word it. I was highly disappointed because had I not took the time to throughly read other my statement it could have cost me a lot in the future. I was extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism was shown. She knew she had not mentioned any suggestions about extra maintenance concerning my vehicle but yet she made a CHOICE to put down information that was not accurate! I do not want to feel like I’m being ripped off by a company that portrays itself as being hospitable. As a company you should not feel good about deceiving customers. More
