When we first bought our 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. We had issues getting approved. But Mark. The finance manager did everything in his power to help us. We got a great warranty which we have used for a trans issues getting approved. But Mark. The finance manager did everything in his power to help us. We got a great warranty which we have used for a transmission replacement. I was a bit skeptical. But they replaced it. With no deductible. We are extremely satisfied and happy with our minivan to haul our family around safely. We will definitely return once our credit has improved to trade it in for a Pacifica!!!! Steve in the service department helped us with our transmission and we are extremely grateful for him as well. Everyone at the dealership is very professional and knowledgeable and very helpful. This is my second car…and there were a couple of things but nothing worth not giving Kevin Lovell…a 5 star rating…he deserved it.
